The Development Officer will focus on generating revenue through developing and cultivating relationships with donors, corporate and community partners. To help the Fowler Center of MCHS achieve optimal fund development operations and positioning of the organization. The person in this position will be comfortable working with all levels of internal management and staff, partners and vendors.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with donors, corporations, and key community partners through creating year-round business and cultivation plans.
- Drive new business development through maintaining an ongoing pipeline of potential sponsors, donors, and volunteer leaders.
- Monitor fundraising trends and implement proven strategies to improve campaign outcomes
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least three (3) years of experience in fundraising/development, or
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred with at least three (3) years of experience in fundraising and/or development.
